If your city is bidding on
the 2011 TDOA Conference, those bids must be sent in and received by TDOA
Sept. 1st.
Bids for 2012 or 2013 must be in by May 1st. These must be formal bids from the hotel(s) and convention center, if applicable. Formal bids must be sent to: TDOA, Attn: Officer Jeff Hughes, 710 Flood Street, Wichita Falls, Tx 76301 or emailed to texasdareofficersassociation@gmail.com ONLY FORMAL BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED!
